Relations between these two giants of world cricket have been poor in recent years and hopefully the playing skills at Bangalore will overshadow anything else. And with players of the highest quality that shouldn’t be too much of a problem. Key for Australia are captain Ricky Ponting and pace bowler Brett Lee, while India boast flamboyant wicketkeeper-batsman Mahendra Dhoni and stroke-master VVS Laxman. It should be an absolute cracker.
