On Day 2, we're excited about a full slate of afternoon baseball with some very excellent matchups. I'd love to pick 8 teams today; but, all we need is just three.

Not to be outdone by their cross-town rivals, the Chicago Cubs look steal a little bit of the spotlight in the Windy City while the White Sox are on the road.  The Cubs have won 8-straight home games; and today, they'll face an Atlanta Braves team who is without their All-Star third baseman Chipper Jones.

This past weekend, the Braves were swept at home by the Philadelphia Phillies. Needless to say, the Phillies three consecutive road wins at Turner put the Braves in unfamiliar territory. They'll have to bounce back with LHP Tom Glavine (2-2 W-L, 4.47 ERA).

The Cubs will send LHP Ted Lilly (5-5 W-L, 5.23 ERA) to the mound.
