Oh, we're not talking about Jen-Hsun Huang? - hittnrun, on 05/20/2008, -8/+6You obamabots are getting more and more paulbot-like. Scary. You should hunt obama down and blow him.
- stonewaljacksn, on 05/20/2008, -3/+3I love how polls are only good on digg when they support Obama.
hypocrisy in action. you go america.
god we're still talkin about hillary? just wait till the party you are all supporting by backing Obama forces him to put hillary on the ticket as VP. then will you love her again?? will you vote for a supposed NWO supporting evil supervillain candidate as VP just to get Obama in the oval office? or will all the ***** you diggers have been doing for the last 8 months just be forgotten?

- mrASSMAN, on 05/20/2008, -3/+27Finally, people are catching on. Most haven't been deluded by the mass media hysteria surrounding ***** such as the flag-pin douchebaggery, 'bittergate', and Wright inanity. In fact, the few people too intellectually disabled to circumvent those fake controversies already supported Clinton and McCain anyway.
- astronomical, on 05/20/2008, -11/+2I think Wright is valid, but when you put them together like that it paints quite a picture.
- Y2JCrisis, on 05/20/2008, -2/+5You think so? A few out-of-context sound clips from the candidate's pastor is relevant to the presidency? Why should that matter? Does it matter what McCain's kook priest says? Why should it?
- dystra, on 05/20/2008, -0/+1out-of-context? I understand Obama isnt responsible for others remarks but you should reconsider saying Wright was taken "out of context". If he was taken out of context then tell me what he "actually" meant by this comment.
– September 2001: “The government lied about inventing the HIV virus as a means of genocide against people of color. The government lied.” - astronomical, on 05/20/2008, -0/+0I just said it paints a picture. All three things he mentioned are somewhat related. You could add weather underground and his wife's remarks to paint the same picture even further.
John Doe is the greatest candidate, but you can't talk about being in the KKK, having racist friends, and his record of hate crimes.
See how that paints a picture that John Doe is racist? Well the same goes for Obama, only in his case it paints a picture of a far left America hater. For the record I don't know how Obama feels, but I do know he's fake.
Wright is relevant because the nature of Wright and the length of the relationship. McCain's crazy paster isn't actually his pastor and his actual pastor isn't actually crazy.
- dystra, on 05/20/2008, -0/+1out-of-context? I understand Obama isnt responsible for others remarks but you should reconsider saying Wright was taken "out of context". If he was taken out of context then tell me what he "actually" meant by this comment.
- eviltandem, on 05/20/2008, -0/+1Please explain why it's valid to hold Obama responsible for another person's words or actions. He has no control over Wright (obviously), so what is he supposed to do?
- astronomical, on 05/20/2008, -0/+0He's responsible for his own actions of going to see Wright for twenty years. That does say something about Obama, as much as you want it not to.
- Y2JCrisis, on 05/20/2008, -2/+5You think so? A few out-of-context sound clips from the candidate's pastor is relevant to the presidency? Why should that matter? Does it matter what McCain's kook priest says? Why should it?
- Hangly, on 05/20/2008, -2/+6I think most people have stopped relying on the networks as their primary source of information.
TV won't be completely irrelevant in this campaign (there are still the debates) but it won't be nearly so relevant as it used to be.- astronomical, on 05/20/2008, -4/+2Lol, the TV vs internet election. Who will out propaganda who.

- stonewaljacksn, on 05/20/2008, -1/+2yes mr ASSMAN. keep showing how elitist liberals can be! thank you for ruining our side of the spectrum. i dont speak for the repubs, but hell im sure they thank you too for giving them so much of a reason to cast the left as snobby.
I mean, I didn't have high hopes for someone named mrASSMAN, but I at least hoped that maybe this year, liberals crying for hope change and unity might NOT go around acting like a bunch of pretentious pseudo-intellectuals.- eviltandem, on 05/20/2008, -2/+1Yes. We should have gotten the memo. It's only acceptable to act like pretentious pseudo-intellectuals if you are Republican, or claiming that you are doing "god's will".
How could I have been so blind? Claiming that you represent the one true god and that people not agreeing with your opinion are basically against god isn't at all pretentious...
Why it'd be downright dishonest and anti-intellectual to NOT claim you represent god. - mrASSMAN, on 05/20/2008, -2/+2Pseudo-intellectual to you, rational-minded realist to me. Guess it depends on your point of view, but it doesn't take a genius to see that Hillary is sleazy and desperate for power.
Also, I'm going to sucker-punch the next guy who says "elitist".
- eviltandem, on 05/20/2008, -2/+1Yes. We should have gotten the memo. It's only acceptable to act like pretentious pseudo-intellectuals if you are Republican, or claiming that you are doing "god's will".

- dan.stryker, on 05/20/2008, -20/+6Clinton leads in the popular vote though...
- mrASSMAN, on 05/20/2008, -2/+9Simply put: No, she doesn't lead in the popular vote. Not even close.
Of course, the Hillary campaign will create some hypothetical artificial scenario where she could have more votes, but that isn't reality, it's just political spin. - zephyear, on 05/20/2008, -3/+9no, she doesn't.

- iamnobody8614, on 05/20/2008, -1/+1I'd say it's more of a typo than a misspelling. He just mixed up the i and the p. Don't be a dick.

- ZhugeLiang, on 05/20/2008, -16/+8More Obama spam, please, we don't have enough of it already.
- iizh, on 05/20/2008, -7/+8Funny, the same Gallup poll showed Clinton beating McCain by a larger margin than Obama. Of course, it's blasphemy to mention such things on Digg.
- duggdowncatisad, on 05/20/2008, -1/+4So what? The goal is to get a good president, not to see who can blow out McCane by more points.
- geffo, on 05/20/2008, -0/+1How odd that more democrats want Obama than Clinton, yet Clinton is stronger than Obama in a vs McCain race.
does this mean Clinton supporters are bitter-Clinton or bust supporters?
or is there an element of bluffing the pollsters by Clinton supporters to skew the stats?
either way these are probably now the only stats that Clinton can own. - IslandDog, on 05/20/2008, -5/+2What Digg liberals don't understand is Obama can't win a general election. He might be popular among the left, and college kids who don't know any better, but his obvious inexperience, his ties to racists and anti-American hate mongers, and his support for things like the global poverty act makes him this years McGovern.
- lanzemurdok, on 05/20/2008, -2/+4on a totally unrelated note, i work for the gallup poll. I can play video games, i have free internet, I can use a laptop, and they let me play tf2.. as long as i maintain production. Gallup rules.
- bizchris, on 05/20/2008, -4/+4"Despite her growing deficit to Obama in the Democratic race, Clinton continues to poll slightly better than Obama in matchups for the general presidential election vs. John McCain."
*crickets*- ADVIZR, on 05/20/2008, -2/+4FACT: A larger number of Clinton's faithful supporters are claiming they'll vote for McCain and sabotage the entire Democratic party, thus skewing the general election polls. People are speaking out of passion and attempting to create false impressions as to artificially increase Clinton's appeal. Both sides are doing this but, as has been polled, it's more on the Clinton side.
In reality, the sooner this is over and we get to the general election, the sooner democrats will unite. Much of these self-destructive sentiments will dissolve. Either candidate is capable of beating McCain by a wide margin.
*deafening sound of crickets*

- Tigers4ever, on 05/20/2008, -1/+4Good news. Clinton may poll better against McCain now but once the target is on him that will change....
Can't resist sharing this regarding Clinton's insistence on staying in this race to the end... http://www.rant-here.com/drupal/clintonbunny - bhavna12, on 05/20/2008, -10/+0Talking bout cinema, this blog i came across is simply awesome in regards to it. Obama will not be allowed to win, he was brought in to incite riots among African Americans when he loses. - godzillaWax, on 05/20/2008, -6/+9Yes, he has a 16 point lead amongst normal Americans. But what is his percentage among the vital toothless inbred demographic?
If a black man cannot win over heartless, godless, racist, mouthbreathing *****, then what hope does he have against Republicans?- Wartyboskfapped, on 05/20/2008, -3/+4Yeah, but, Republicans *are* heartless, godless, racist, mouthbreathing *****. Also, +1 *****.

God, I hope Kentucky surprises the nation and backs Obama so we can get on with reality. - rivalius13, on 05/20/2008, -1/+2The gap is just going to get bigger and bigger, unless Obama kills a hooker or something, then it MIGHT close a little.
- maybach, on 05/20/2008, -2/+3Obama's about as much a man of substance as America could hope for, given the narrow framework he has to work within. Here's to hoping that enough of you in America are able to recognize this fact.

Crazy that part of the results didn't get dugg up. Digg only likes good news about Obama. (I'm an Obama supporter- just so no-one tries to virtually lynch me...) - whodat51773, on 05/20/2008, -5/+3Great Obama beat Lewinskys ex boyfriend's wife...So! - MrFurious2k, on 05/20/2008, -1/+4I feel happy for Democrats. The psycho ex-girlfriend of the party is about to be flushed into irrelevancy and they're about to pick Obama, a man with little practical experience and a hard left socialist agenda. If the Republicans hadn't been so damned stupid, they might have had a chance. However, McCain is such a clueless geriatric that he'll toss away the gift that Hillary gave him in this race.
Should make for an interesting fall election.- dswinscoe, on 05/20/2008, -1/+2You had me at "If the Republicans hadn't been so damned stupid"
